Shipping
Where do you ship to?
I ship to the UK & Ireland only for the time being but hoping to expand in the future.
How long does shipping take?
I post all orders with Royal Mail 2nd class and their delivery usually takes 2-5 days.
I aim to get orders out within 3 working days but sometimes may take longer if there is an influx in orders.
Returns
Do I accept returns?
As I run a really small business and all the items are for personal body use, I cannot accept returns and all sales are final.
General
Can I place a custom order?
Yes, absolutely! Just let me know what it is you're looking for and I'll try my best! This includes, if you just want a design in a different colour. I can do that for you!
Can I change my stud to sterling silver instead of gold plated?
Yes you can! Just write in notes that you'd like me to switch to sterling silver and il do that for you.
Do you give gifts?
Yes! Random orders will relieve FREE earrings in their order, just as an extra thank you for being so supportive!
